		<description>You have a point. I think so far we&#039;ve heard a lot about the technology and a little about the business achievements. I do think it exists but we&#039;re not there yet on a wide scale. As you said, business requires a lot more that&#039;s not found in technology: Strategy, Plans, Organization, Measurement, Project Management wrapped around the business processes that are the core of a companies operation. Technology is just an enabler for those processes. Technology is just a mean to an end, i.e: the companies goals. As social media grows to the mass of marketers, the switch will happen toward the social media engagement processes and the value they bring back.</description>
